For our client, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to play a key role in processing and managing critical criminal history information for applicant investigations. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where accuracy and efficiency matter.

Utilize DCJS and portal systems to print criminal history rapsheets for new applicants and assign them to investigators. Accurately enter criminal history information into TEACH for investigator review. Handle correspondence related to applicant arrest information. Transfer and request information from internal and external customers. Prepare weekly reports for fingerprint clearances. Pull folders and assign cases to investigators in the TEACH system. Assist with and perform administrative tasks as necessary, including data intake and addressing higher-level customer service matters via email, mail, and other correspondence. Answer the OSPRA customer service line as needed. Use MS Outlook, MS Word, and Adobe for daily tasks.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, and Adobe. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
