Position Description:
Responsible for logistics activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, and inventory. Achieves accurate and timely shipment of customer orders and kitting of parts for production orders. This is an hourly position based upon a 40-hour work week. In some locations, overtime is frequently required and is communicated as far in advance as possible.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving of all parts and components, as well as finished goods.
Accurately place warehouses materials in correct locations and bins as required.
Correctly pick products for customer orders and prepare kits for production orders utilizing accurate count techniques.
Ensure shipping of customer orders as required, often same day.
Participate in inventory packaging, stocking and cycle counting efforts.
Operate motorized equipment including fork lifts, scissor lifts, Joey, etc.
Other duties and responsibilities not mentioned above that management deems necessary for daily function.
Required Knowledge, Skills and abilities:
Required- High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
Basic computer skills, ability to perform basic math functions
Demonstrated ability to provide accurate counts of parts and materials and transpose part numbers and codes accurately.
Read/Speak/Write in English. Additional languages are a plus
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
After training, must be able to pass certifications to use and maintain electrical equipment
Pays close attention to detail to identify part discrepancies and documentation deficiencies
Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently
Demonstrate excellent time management skill
Works well with a team
Maintains excellent attendance
Task oriented

Able to work under pressure and deadlines
Maintain company procedures.

Reports To: Logistics and Operations Supervisor and takes direction from Logistics Leads and support team members.
Environment: Warehouse environment, occasionally hot or cold temperatures, moderate noise level, occasional dust, chemical odors
