Our client, a leader in the beauty and fragrance industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the fragrance department supporting product management and brand portfolio teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Administrative Assistant – Fragrance Team (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Pay Range:

$28.37/hour

Duration:

6 months

What’s the Job?

Organize and maintain product inventory, ensuring proper storage and monitoring restock needs.

Create and update brand portfolios using PowerPoint and Excel, including product details and images.

Assist with competitive brand portfolio generation across various product categories (Hair, Skin, Cleansers, Makeup, etc.).

Prepare samples in the lab (training provided) and coordinate shipment to vendors and internal teams.

Provide general administrative and operational support to the fragrance team.

What’s Needed?

2–4 years of prior administrative experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.

Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
