Team Kelli Lang RE/MAX Gateway is hiring a
Sales Manager & Admin Support
to work in the office full-time. This role is designed for someone who thrives on staying organized, keeping people on track, and creating seamless systems behind the scenes. You’ll be a key part of ensuring our agents and admins are supported every step of the way—with a little fun and a whole lot of service along the way.
This is an
in-office position
in our Anacortes office only, Monday through Friday. Compensation:
$20 - $25 hourly DOE Responsibilities:
Agent & Sales Support Serve as the central support for our sales agents—managing scheduling, follow-ups, and client pipelines. Monitor team production dashboards and weekly KPIs; provide timely updates and reminders. Assist with onboarding new agents and coordinating internal trainings or team meetings. Remove roadblocks and streamline systems to help agents stay focused on sales success. Office & Operations Support Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth. Answer phones, manage office supplies, and support daily operations. Keep files and digital records organized for listings, transactions, and agent activity. Contribute to special projects and support the team wherever needed. Qualifications:
Prior experience in real estate administration or project management is a strong plus. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable on the phone and confident in follow-ups. Tech-savvy and proficient with MLS systems, CRM platforms, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and other digital tools. Service-oriented mindset—you enjoy supporting others, anticipating needs, and solving problems before they arise. A true team player with a positive attitude—coachable, collaborative, and always willing to pitch in. Reliable in-office availability, Monday–Friday Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and commitment to maintaining accuracy across multiple projects.
