YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:
The General Manager manages all the operations of the restaurant. Primary duties and responsibilities include:
- Oversee P&L management, food & labor costs, scheduling, ordering, inventory, guest service, food quality, managing the floor, maintenance, health & safety, payroll and admin
- Hire, train, coach, develop and motivate staff
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and food quality
- Other duties as dictated by Senior Management to run smooth operations
BACKGROUND PROFILE :
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a General Manager with a $4M+ upscale, full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership skills
- Passionate about restaurants and hospitality
- Excellent communication skills
