SOLDER SKILLS NEEDED
- Assemble electrical components and systems according to specifications and schematics.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to fabricate and assemble parts.
- Perform soldering tasks to connect components securely.
- Conduct testing using an ohmmeter and caliper to ensure proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in electrical assembly.
- Familiarity with surface mount technology is preferred.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics.
- Experience using power tools, soldering equipment, ohmmeters, and calipers.
- Ability to assemble, fabricate, and machine components as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Comments for Suppliers: Must have experience using soldering equipment.
- IPC 610/JSTD experience
- Perform soldering tasks to connect components securely.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Computer skills need to be strong.
- Shift hours are Mon-Thurs 3:30 PM-2:00 AM EST with OT available on the weekends
- Candidates must take and pass a medical exam as outlined in the supplier guide
- Candidate must be able to read/write English
