Entry-Level Quality Inspector (2nd & 1st Shift - Soldering Experience Required)

Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM OR 5:00AM EST - 3:30PM / Mon-Thurs (OT may be available on weekends) Pay Range: $19-$28/hour (based on experience)
Job Summary: We're hiring for a
hands-on quality inspection role
on our 2nd shift team. If you have experience soldering - especially in electronics or cable assembly - we'll train you on the inspection side. This is a great opportunity to transition into quality work in a stable and growing manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect electronic and mechanical components for quality and accuracy (we'll train you on this).
Work closely with experienced inspectors and engineers to learn inspection processes.
Follow visual aids, diagrams, and written instructions to verify components.
Assist with soldering and basic assembly tasks as needed.
Use measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers) once trained.
Communicate clearly with your team to ensure quality standards are met.
What You Bring:
Hands-on
soldering experience
(IPC-A-620 or similar preferred).
Familiarity with cable assembly or electronic component work is a plus.
Comfortable reading diagrams or willing to learn.
Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination.
Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a team-first mindset.
Willingness to be trained in inspection procedures.
Requirements:
Must be able to read and write in English.
Must pass a standard pre-employment medical screening.
No formal degree or prior inspection experience required - just soldering skills and a willingness to learn!
