Job Overview A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level Corporate M&A Associate Attorney to join its Corporate & Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to work on high-level business transactions with regional, national, and international clients. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in M&A law, due diligence, and corporate structuring, with the ability to take a lead role in transaction execution.
