A law firm seeks an experienced Corporate Attorney in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in complex corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, sophisticated transactional work, real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development, or providing outside General Counsel services to business clients. Duties

5+ years of experience in corporate law. Experience in complex corporate matters and transactions. Proficiency in mergers and acquisitions. Experience in real estate transactions. Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications

Licensed to practice law in Ohio. Skills
