What Youll Do
The Ecommerce team is responsible for driving an aggressive omni-channel retail vision at World Market and sits at the forefront of growth for our brand. This fast-paced, dynamic team is focused on innovating our current Ecommerce experience to become a best-in-class digital experience for our customers. The Ecommerce Production Coordinator is an integral part of the organization comprising of Item Set Up, Copy and Studio Teams. This role plays a pivotal role focusing on tasks related to the launch of new skus creation, reactivation of skus carried over, item maintenance as well as ad hoc projects and scrubs to ensure data integrity. This role requires exceptional communication, attention to detail, and strong time management and organizational skills. The ideal candidate leverages ecommerce best practices and experience to deliver a best-in-class customer experience from skus set up to the product details page on the website.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Product Taxonomy Setup and Maintenance
- Manage item set-up, product categorization, and maintenance, including attribution and data scrubs.
- Partner with the Copy Editor for copy review for pre-go-live product reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness at sku level.
- Perform thorough site audits and maintenance, proactively identifying and addressing issues to ensure an optimal user experience.
- Ability to root cause small to mid-sized back-end issues related to item setup, item discoverability, attribution, and navigation of the systems.
- Assist with drop ship vendors validating vendor assets and communication, both internal and external.
Planning and Scheduling
- Ensure daily tasks are completed promptly and delivered on schedule.
- Proactively inform the team of outstanding production delays or unfulfilled tasks.
- Perform daily tasks in the cadences assigned (daily activations, item badges).
- Perform ad hoc scrubs or projects as assigned.
- Recognize opportunities for process efficiencies related to website production.
What Youll Bring
- 1-2 years of item set-up or online merchandising experience.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to manage large data sets efficiently in Excel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced capabilities such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other formulas.
- Excellent team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced retail environment with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate across teams to develop clarity, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred but not required.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana is preferred.
- Familiarity of internal and vendor-provided content/catalog management tools (Webdam, Smartsheets).
- AS400 experience preferred but not required.

CA Pay Range is $25.00 to $27.00 per hour.
Full time and Part time associates are eligible to participate in the Companys 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service.
