What You'll Do:
The E-Commerce team at World Market drives an ambitious omni-channel retail vision, placing us at the forefront of brand growth. This dynamic environment is focused on enhancing our E-Commerce experience to deliver a best-in-class digital experience for our customers. As an E-Commerce Production Specialist, you will play a vital role within the Item Set Up, Copy, and Studio Teams. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing item set-up, product categorization, and maintenance, including data scrubs.
Collaborating with the Copy Editor to ensure product copy accuracy and completeness.
Conducting thorough site audits to proactively identify and resolve issues for optimal user experience.
Troubleshooting small to mid-sized backend issues related to item setup and discoverability.
Assisting with vendor partnerships and validating materials for effective communication.
Planning and Scheduling:
Ensure timely completion of daily tasks and inform the team of production delays.
Execute assigned daily activation tasks, item badges, and ad hoc projects.
Identify process efficiencies to enhance website production.
What You'll Bring:
1-2 years of experience in item setup or online merchandising.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in handling large data sets in Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, project management tools like Asana, and internal content management systems is a plus. AS400 experience is preferred but not required.
