$100,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Job Posting: Financial Analyst Manufacturing ($100,000 - $115,000) This is a hybrid position based in East Hartford, CT.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team at a growing manufacturing company. This position will play a key role in supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and manufacturing performance metrics
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
• Assist with budgeting, month-end close, and variance analysis
• Prepare reports for management to support business decisions
• Partner with operations to understand and optimize cost drivers
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience (manufacturing a plus)
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• ERP system experience preferred (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
