Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $39.00/hr

Title: Tax Accountant
Compensation: $35 - $39 an hour
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Retirement, and PTO
Location: Near Massillon, OH (On-Site)

• Accurately prepare and file individual (1040), corporate (1120), and payroll tax returns in compliance with applicable laws and deadlines
• Ensure timely filing and payment of payroll taxes, reconcile quarterly and annual payroll filings
• Work with clients across various industries, understanding their unique tax situations to provide tailored tax planning and compliance solutions
• Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure clients records are updated accordingly; maintain organized documentation for audits or reviews
  

• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related field Tax Accountant
• CPA is a bonus but not required
• Public tax experience preferred
• 3-5 years of experience Tax Accountant
