We are partnering with a Fortune 500 client to hire a Senior Tax Analyst to support their international tax function. This role is ideal for a tax professional with U.S. international tax experience who is ready to grow into a broader global role. The position offers a hybrid work model, access to four incentive plans (including quarterly and annual bonuses), and a strong culture of mentorship and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provisions for foreign entities using OneSource Tax Provision software.
- Calculate return-to-provision adjustments and assist with SOX documentation.
- Maintain international tax compliance calendars and trackers, including for transfer pricing and Pillar 2.
- Reconcile income tax accounts and maintain tax basis balance sheets for foreign operations.
- Support fixed asset-related tax processes and U.S. international tax compliance.
- Assist with transfer pricing documentation and compliance.
- Monitor global tax developments and help assess their impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on tax planning and implementation.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred.
- 4+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or a corporate tax department.
- Strong understanding of ASC 740 and U.S. international tax concepts.
- Experience with OneSource Tax Provision software preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel; SAP and fixed asset system experience is a plus.
- Exposure to non-U.S. tax compliance and transfer pricing is a plus, but not required.
