We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. This is not a traditional admin role. You’ll be a trusted partner, enabling the CEO to operate at maximum velocity. Expect high exposure, fast-paced work, and ownership from day one. What You’ll Do: Act as a strategic gatekeeper for the CEO, managing communications and priorities

Manage complex calendar scheduling, travel, and logistics for the leadership team

Prepare for meetings: draft agendas, take notes, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks

Assist with internal and external communications, including external partner outreach

Coordinate special projects, office planning, events, and confidential initiatives

Identify and close operational gaps so the CEO and team can focus on what matters most

Proactively spot problems before they arise and create solutions

Who You Are / Must-Haves: 1–3 years of experience in executive support, operations, or a related field

Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Discretion and maturity handling sensitive information

Energized by challenges and a fast-paced environment

Solutions-first, proactive, and always learning

Prior Executive Assistant/Operations experience, preferably to another CEO
