Role Overview As a Commercial Account Executive, you will partner with clients to understand their business objectives and develop digital media plans using 84.51° products. You will identify new growth opportunities within existing clients, work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans, and deliver advertising recommendations aligned with media objectives. Success requires industry knowledge and a focus on becoming a preferred media company. Responsibilities Support end-to-end sales strategies for 84.51°’s marketing solutions with CPG and agency partners. Collaborate with the Account Management team and Sales Director to drive sales cycles. Identify and prospect new business opportunities. Execute comprehensive plans to meet or exceed revenue and market share goals within a defined territory or industry vertical. Work with cross-functional teams for seamless execution. Use CRM tools to track account information, sales progress, forecast, and prioritize to achieve quarterly quotas. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Experience in digital media and advertising sales with a track record of growth. Knowledge of digital media trends, technologies, and agency landscape. Data-driven insights and decision-making experience. Proven ability to exceed revenue targets. Strong client relationship and influence skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5+ years in digital media sales, analytics, or marketing. Willingness to travel up to 50%. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $70,000—$170,000 USD, determined by location and experience. Position includes variable compensation.
