scrappy, creative, and growth-obsessed
Head of Social & Community to take full ownership of Firesale’s social presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Reddit, and Snapchat. You’ll be the voice of the brand, the architect of our online presence, and a key player in how we go from local launch to national breakout. WHAT YOU’LL DO Own and execute Firesale’s entire social media strategy Create and publish original, engaging, scroll-stopping content across all channels Recruit and manage local micro-influencers and creators to generate buzz and UGC Launch our first market with geo-targeted, high-impact campaigns Manage the social calendar, jump on trends, and drive platform-specific growth Build and nurture our online community (comments, DMs, Reddit threads, etc.) Develop repeatable playbooks to scale content and influencer marketing into new markets Build and lead a scrappy, creative social team as we grow You’ve led or owned social at a fast-growing startup or breakout consumer brand You live and breathe TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and online trends You have a strong eye for content — visuals, edits, copy, and tone You know how to make things go viral (or can’t wait to prove it) You think like a growth hacker, love testing ideas fast, and thrive in ambiguity You want to be part of something early, real, and potentially huge You're very comfortable on-camera and have experience creating videos and being the social voice/face of the brand Have experience launching local market campaigns or hyperlocal content Have built influencer programs or managed creator partnerships Know how to turn insights into content that performs Have startup experience or were on an early team with a product that scaled You're bilingual and can speak English and Spanish fluently WHY JOIN FIRESALE?
