We are a civil engineering firm that does site design for several public and private clients. We have 155+ employees across 5 offices and value each individual. We work on a wide variety of projects including mixed-use commercial developments, urban and suburban multifamily, healthcare, office, high-end resort, and parks and recreation.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture 8+ years’ experience in a professional design office
Responsibilities
Must meet skill level of Land Planner IV, plus the following
Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) required Member of American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) or other Professional/ Community Organizations Extensive Knowledge of Regulations Ability to Effectively Negotiate Strong team leadership skills Ability to prepare large contracts Ability to Design Unique Solutions to Special Problems Knowledgeable and understanding of regional planning Ability to sketch and render at a professional level Ability to problem solve and resolve disputes, including ability to intervene unresolved problems from other projects Demonstrate excellent reconnaissance Ability to handle out of town projects effectively Excellent marketing skills including track record of repeat clients
