Job Details
REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or related field, 6+ years of experience - Licensed to practice as a Registered Landscape Architect - Proven experience managing landscape architecture projects from concept through construction - Software: Revit, other specialized 3D and/or rendering software, additional Adobe CS products, M-Color, LandFX, Lumion, Adobe Illustrator, SiteOps, Deltek Vantagepoint, AutoCAD
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work with clients, understand project requirements, goals & constraints, serving as the primary point of contact - Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project team; Manage project schedules - Oversee the invoicing process and ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding outstanding accounts receivable. - Evaluate probable construction costs for accurate project planning - Draft and evaluate service agreements to establish clear terms and expectations - Engage in business development activities, including representation at professional association/networking events - Coordinate and manage project meetings - Mentor, coach junior team members, provide guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development growth and development
