Division Manager, Foodservice ! We are a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. As a farmer-owned co-op, we pride ourselves on a collaborative culture and the ability for team members to autonomously drive their business. A Day in the Life... The Central and East Division Managers for Foodservice are key roles driving strategy, revenue, and relationship building within their respective geographies. These leaders will manage distribution development and broker field sales teams, leading major distributor accounts to accelerate growth. The role involves leveraging enterprise resources to promote profitable growth and fostering a mindset of innovation. Location:
Both roles are remote, with the Central Division Manager based in the central time zone and the East Division Manager in the eastern time zone. Both should be within one hour of a major airport. What We Are Looking For: Minimum 8 years of experience in foodservice manufacturer sales, broadline distributor development at the HQ level, and broker sales development. Experience with strategic contract design and joint business planning with major distributors like Sysco, USF, GFS, or PFG. Strong broker partner management, regional sales development, and planning skills. Excellent strategy development, proactive disposition, negotiation, and conflict management skills. Financial acumen related to trade design and management. Ability to interpret distributor data and translate into actionable goals. Support for broker deduction management and repayment. Collaborative, leadership presence, and excellent communication skills. Willingness to travel approximately 25% for meetings and industry events. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Blacksmith, Tibersoft is a plus. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent.
