Construction Facade Project Manager

Job Description General Contractor specializing in Multifamily rehabs/renovations looking for an experienced Facade Project Manager with the skills to manage large-scale, tenant-occupied affordable housing projects throughout the Metro NYC area. Key Responsibilities: Prepare comprehensive scopes and RFPs Oversee facade and roofing renovation projects Estimate projects Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules Manage subcontractor bidding procedures, including development of scopes of work, bid lists, and unit cost bid comparisons Coordinate with owners and/or owners' representatives on schedules and project issues Handle correspondence such as RFIs, change orders, etc. Motivate and develop subcontractor interest in projects Manage project budgets and prepare AIA payment applications Coordinate with local building departments to obtain permits and manage project closeout Manage construction scheduling, sequencing, and critical path recognition Administer owner change orders Conduct meetings with owners, architects, and construction managers; prepare meeting minutes Hold weekly production and safety meetings; monitor site safety Review jobsite progress for quality and conformance to drawings and specifications Review subcontractor requisitions monthly Requirements: Minimum 7+ years of experience in construction project management, specifically in occupied multi-family residential projects Thorough knowledge of construction processes, management techniques, methods, and materials Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related field is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with Timberline and BlueBeam is a plus ETC Companies, LLC provides equal employment opportunities and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind based on protected characteristics.
