What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Proactively manage a portfolio of Growth Accounts to ensure client retention and satisfaction - Drive account expansion through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives - Conduct regular business reviews and enhance product adoption by providing insights on trends - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and maintain accurate CRM records - Utilize data analytics to monitor account performance and identify trends for increased spend

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field - 1-2 years of experience in account management, client relations, or sales, ideally within the software or professional services industry - Foundational data analysis skills and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset - Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills
