What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Engage with prospective customers via outbound calls, emails, and video to introduce them to the employer's solutions - Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to facilitate appointments with Sales Executives - Utilize creative outreach strategies to generate interest and create hand-raising opportunities - Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance outreach methods - Strive to meet and exceed targets for appointments set and overall sales pipeline growth
What is Required (Qualifications): - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling - Strong organizational and time management skills - 1-2 years of experience in outbound-focused sales or customer-oriented roles - Familiarity with public accounting or professional tax preparation is a plus - Salesforce CRM experience is advantageous but not mandatory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) is a plus - Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and topics related to client collaboration technology - Passion for achieving sales goals and driving results
