Bonus: Yes - 12.50%

Position Overview
The Cement Process Engineer will be responsible for optimizing the cement manufacturing process, focusing on kiln operations and overall equipment performance. The role involves analyzing process data, implementing improvements, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize cement manufacturing processes, particularly kiln operations. Monitor and assess equipment performance, proposing upgrades or modifications as needed. Collaborate with production teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions. Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Assist in the development of new products and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Provide technical support and training to staff on process improvements and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering within the cement industry. Strong knowledge of kiln operations and cement manufacturing processes. Familiarity with pyroprocessing and grinding technologies is a plus. Experience with MSHA regulations and safety standards in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
