Responsibilities:
Oversee total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule, interfacing with various stakeholders.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and standards within corporate boundaries; coordinate activities of all personnel on assigned projects.
Monitor and control construction through on-site supervision; investigate serious situations and implement corrective measures; approve purchase requisitions and change requests.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards; maintain project documentation; assist with safety program implementation.
Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the company's interests and maintain good client relationships.
Perform additional responsibilities as directed by regional management.
Qualifications:
4-year construction management/engineering degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction, design, finance, and management.
Ability to apply management techniques to maximize performance.
Understanding of industry practices; excellent communication skills; business-oriented mindset.
Experience managing large-scale projects, with budgets between $50M-$300M, in sectors like general construction, electrical, manufacturing, or infrastructure.
Valid US driver’s license and passport; willingness to travel (~70%).
Ideally, also possess:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Leadership and mentoring experience.
Knowledge of construction laws, standards, and safety.
Proficiency in project strategy, planning, and budgeting.
