Coordinate activities of all personnel on assigned projects. Monitor and control construction through on-site supervision to ensure timely and within-budget completion; investigate serious issues and implement corrective measures. Approve purchase requisitions, change requests, etc. Ensure adherence to company, client, and project policies, procedures, and standards. Interpret policies as needed. Maintain project documentation and logs. Support safety program implementation and provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions. Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests and maintain good client relationships. Additional responsibilities as directed by regional management. Qualifications: 4-year degree in construction management/engineering or equivalent experience and training Minimum 10 years of extensive experience in commercial or industrial construction, design, finance, and management Ability to apply innovative management techniques to maximize employee performance Deep understanding of industry practices, standards, and their impact on project activities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; business-oriented mindset Experience managing large-scale projects, including data centers, general construction, electrical, manufacturing, technology, or infrastructure projects, with budgets from $50M to over $300M Valid US driver’s license and passport; willingness to travel (~70%) Ideally, also have: Strong communication and organizational skills Proven leadership, motivation, and mentoring skills Knowledge of construction laws, standards, and regulations Track record of maintaining safety standards and quality outcomes Proficiency in developing and implementing project strategies, plans, and budgets EEO/AA Employer M/F/D/V Walbridge is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, providing equal employment opportunities without regard to legally protected statuses.
