Trust & Estates Administration Paralegal
with 5+ years of expertise to join our team in our New Jersey, New York, or Florida office. If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about estate and trust administration, we want you to be part of our dynamic practice. What You’ll Do:
As a
Trust & Estates Administration Paralegal , you will:
Manage all phases of estate and trust administration, including probate processes (knowledge of NJ, NY, and FL probate is a plus). Communicate extensively with clients, financial planners, and accountants. Prepare federal and state estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings. Handle distribution of estate assets, trust funding, and deed work.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Have: 5+ years of experience as a Trust & Estates Administration Paralegal. Superior communication and mathematical skills. Highly organized, team-oriented, with excellent written and verbal skills. Preferred: Strong working knowledge of estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs, and Microsoft Word. College degree and/or paralegal certificate (JD/paralegal candidates considered).
