Staffmark is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Worker to join our client's team in Sellersburg, IN. This is a hands-on, physical role in a fast-paced distribution and manufacturing environment. If you're ready to work hard and grow with a reliable company, we want to hear from you!
Pay Rate: $22.50/hr
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 10-hour shifts
Responsibilities:
Load and unload pallets and individual cases from trailers
Pick and fill orders using required technology
Build and prep cardboard boxes for shipping
Sort and organize cartons and packaging materials
Assist with shipping, receiving, packing, and inventory control
Support general housekeeping and sanitation duties (sweeping, trash removal, etc.)
Handle recycling tasks including bundling cardboard and loading trailers using a dolly
Lift and move items ranging from 15-50 lbs throughout the shift
Perform clean-outs and service tasks in carton areas
Collaborate with crane operators and production teams to ensure workflow
Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Comfortable standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and kneeling throughout a 10-hour shift Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment (hot in summer, cold in winter) Available for overtime, weekends, and off-shift work as needed Ability to wear required PPE (e.g., safety glasses, bump cap, hairnet) Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required
