Job Description The Sales Representative promotes and sells RRD's products and services within Northern California, targeting new and existing customer accounts to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include generating revenue through lead creation, prospect calls, and building ongoing customer relationships. The role aims to increase sales/client ratio and expand the customer base, with a proven record of sales achievement. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue sales leads; visit existing and potential customers of strategic importance. Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and services. Respond to complex customer inquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times; close sales to meet revenue goals. Research and contact prospective customers; develop positive relationships for future sales and repeat business. Share sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor insights within the organization for market responsiveness. Develop and adapt long-term sales plans for key clients. Set and prioritize weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and activities. Mentor less experienced sales team members to achieve targets. Recommend additional solutions and services to clients, emphasizing product advantages. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on sales commitments promptly. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Accurately forecast sales and maintain records in Salesforce.com. Perform other duties and participate in special projects as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of sales experience. Excellent presentation skills to C-Level and senior management; strong written and verbal communication. Ability to analyze variables and develop solutions. Organize and prioritize resources effectively; incorporate new information as needed. Communicate effectively across all organizational levels; negotiate and convey system requirements. Engage in ongoing skills training and development. Continuous learner of RRD's products and services. Knowledge of the sales cycle and ability to make cold calls daily. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Additional Information: Initially, a non-recoverable draw of $50,000 - $150,000 per year is expected for the first 6 months; thereafter, the draw may decrease. This is a 100% commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. Compensation varies based on education, skills, experience, and performance.
