Responsibilities:
Develop and refine algorithms and models to enhance the performance and efficiency of AI systems.
Design and implement scalable AI platforms, ensuring robustness and the ability to manage diverse AI workloads.
Establish and promote best practices and standard patterns for data science and AI projects across the enterprise.
Provide guidance and support to data scientists and engineers in adopting these standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years' experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining data science solutions.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL, as well as familiarity with AI frameworks like torch/tensorflow, sklearn, and tools like Azure ML, DataRobot, and Azure AI Foundry.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, or related discipline.
Proven experience in analytics, preferably for big data and cloud environments.
Proficient in data acquisition, wrangling, and preparation.
Experience in deploying and managing resources in the cloud, preferably Microsoft Azure.
Experience in energy or supply chain sector.
Additional Information: Relocation may be considered. Expatriate assignments will not be considered. Chevron regrets that it is unable to sponsor employment Visas or consider individuals on time-limited Visa status for this position.
