If you’re passionate about your future, join our team. KPMG is seeking a Product Manager for Deltek to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity. Responsibilities : Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to optimize the use of Deltek CostPoint. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues within the Deltek ERP ecosystem; ensure compliance with federal regulations and engagement requirements. Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and enhance system capabilities. Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement system improvements; support configuration and testing of updates, patches, and new features. Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring system functionality aligns with business goals; conduct training and create documentation for end-users. Ensure system usage complies with internal controls, governance standards, and federal regulations; stay updated on accounting standards and implement necessary changes. Qualifications : Minimum seven years of recent experience with Deltek CostPoint ERP in a functional role; familiarity with modules such as CostPoint, Time and Expense, and reporting tools. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field preferred; CPA certification is also preferred. Experience in professional services organizations; managing relationships with system owners and supporting federal engagements is highly desirable. Strong understanding of accounting principles, including federal compliance (FAR, DFARs, etc.). Must be authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future; no sponsorship available.
