Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve IAM incidents for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
Manage the incident lifecycle proactively, including identification, categorization, prioritization, and resolution.
Create and maintain knowledge articles, SOPs, and scripts to restore normal operations.
Monitor IAM operations and escalate incidents according to protocols.
Maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring efficient incident management and addressing IAM needs.
Uphold integrity, professionalism, and responsibility to foster a respectful work environment.
Qualifications
At least three years of recent IAM experience, including one year in Incident and Problem Management within an ITIL managed services environment.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; cybersecurity certifications like CISSP are preferred.
Deep understanding of IAM processes, controls, and systems, especially SailPoint ISC and MIM.
Proven problem-solving skills within prescribed timelines, familiarity with Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, and Microsoft Azure AD is advantageous.
Strong communication skills, proficient in MS Office.
Ability to work night and weekend shifts.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
