JOB DESCRIPTION Nantum AI is seeking a proactive, customer-obsessed Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our commercial real estate clients. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, building long-term relationships, and ensuring clients derive measurable value from the Nantum platform. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, surface customer feedback, and most importantly, deliver actionable insights that empower customers to operate their properties more efficiently. Your success will be defined by customer satisfaction, platform engagement, and portfolio expansion. RESPONSIBILITIES Actively answer and resolve open client product issues Empower our customers to become self-sufficient with everyday use of our product Problem solve and create solutions to meet customer requests Work with our Customer Experience Team to improve internal processes Stay up to date with relevant technologies that could optimize daily tasks (CRM, Task Mgmt., AI Agent Software) Analyze building automation systems and recommend changesto improve functionality and/or energy efficiency, or to accomplish ECMs (Energy Conservation Measures) Provide technical training and support both internally and externally Work with the sales team to increase Nantum performance where deployed Other duties as assigned SKILLS & ABILITIES Strong analytical thinker Fast learner with strong technical problem-solving acumen Excel independently and in a team environment Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including listening effectively and soliciting input from others, with the ability to communicate effectively to a C-level audience Organizational skills including, but not limited to, the ability to handle multiple demands and assignments, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently, and the ability to manage technical resources Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook as well as Google Suite products such as Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc Preferred Good understanding and technical knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems Good understanding and technical knowledge of access and/or building automation systems EDUCATION Four (4) year college degree or equivalent work experience Preferred Other professional certifications (LEED, CEA, CEM etc.) EXPERIENCE Two to four years of related work experience Experience supporting technology solutions in a SaaS environment Preferred Strong passion and interest in energy, sustainability, the built world, cost reduction IT knowledge and technical acumen WE TAKE CARE OF YOU! 100% employer-paid health insurance (medical, dental, and vision) for employees and their dependents Equity participation through Employee Stock Option Plan 401K Plan Competitive pay with potential for bonus A great place to work!!
