Provide direct medical care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of conditions, while building strong community provider relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional medical care to PACE participants. Oversee clinical operations and ensure quality standards. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate healthcare staff. Lead Quality and Performance Improvement initiatives. Develop collaborative relationships with community physicians and providers. Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours/week. On-site presence at clinics, community sites, or participants' homes as needed. Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with possible on-call duties. If you are a passionate physician seeking to lead with purpose and make a lasting impact, we encourage you to apply. Requirements:
MD/DO in CA with valid DEA, CDS, and BLS certifications. Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Minimum 5 years of MD experience, with at least 2 years focused on elderly care. Prior PACE experience preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required. Benefits:
Base salary: $250,000 - $325,000 + bonuses. 401k with employer match. Comprehensive benefits including dental, vision, HSA, FSA, and disability coverage. Generous PTO, paid holidays, and floating holidays.
