The Territory Manager will be responsible for account-based selling to healthcare providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatment decisions for the disease states in Lilly’s portfolio. This includes engaging with multiple HCP specialties and key hospital accounts. The role requires establishing credibility as a knowledgeable resource supporting all medicines and relevant brands. Key responsibilities include: Promoting the full portfolio of priority products across multiple HCP specialties. Understanding the marketplace within the territory to tailor strategies for business growth. Navigating healthcare and payer landscapes to influence key stakeholders and foster trusted partnerships. Using business insight tools, data, and analytics to identify trends and opportunities. Implementing new technologies, including AI tools, to enhance customer interactions. Seeking new opportunities to improve customer experience and model a growth mindset. The role also involves: Applying Lilly’s selling, competency, and account management models to drive results. Demonstrating high learning agility about disease states, market dynamics, and product labels. Engaging in patient-centered dialogues with customers to promote Lilly’s portfolio. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, valid US driver’s license, and authorization to work in the US. Preferred skills involve business ownership, account-based selling experience, learning agility, and bilingual abilities depending on territory needs. Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary is preferred. This position offers an expected salary range of $63,000 - $138,600, plus potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
