Asheville South, NC – Territory: ASHEVILLE SOUTH, NC CMH2 _171022 The Territory Manager will be responsible for account-based selling to healthcare providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatment for the disease states in Lilly's portfolio. This includes engaging with multiple HCP specialties and hospital account representatives. The role requires establishing credibility as a knowledgeable resource supporting all medicines and appropriate brand patients. The manager will drive results by applying Lilly’s sales, competency, and account management models to meet customer needs through effective execution. Building relationships with key customers to promote utilization and adoption of medicines for suitable patients is essential. Specific responsibilities include: Business Ownership:

Promote the full portfolio, understand the marketplace, tailor strategies, navigate healthcare and payer environments, utilize analytics, adopt new technologies including AI tools, identify opportunities, and foster a growth mindset. Selling Skills / Customer Experience:

Use Lilly’s models to elevate performance, demonstrate disease knowledge, and engage in patient-centered dialogues. Execution / Results:

Promote across the portfolio and specialties, achieve sales targets, manage customer relationships, and build internal and external partnerships.
