As an Electrical Engineer Project Leader, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of advanced packaging equipment. This role involves hands-on programming, testing, and troubleshooting, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions. You will be at the forefront of driving innovation in packaging technology while ensuring seamless integration and operation of our systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and layout electrical components for packaging equipment, including schematics and panel layouts. Develop and implement PLC, HMI, and motion control programs using Allen Bradley and Siemens systems. Power up, test, and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring readiness for customer acceptance. Provide on-site installation, start-up, and commissioning support as needed. Maintain detailed electrical documentation and manage BOMs within ERP systems. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to address design requirements and resolve technical issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain industry training. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in PLC/HMI programming, particularly with Allen Bradley and Siemens systems. Proficiency with Eplan, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office software. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with packaging equipment. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
