Controller
is a key member of the plant leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations at the facility. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, drives cost control initiatives, and provides strategic insights to support operational efficiency and profitability by evaluating the financial impact of potential opportunities and challenges.

Responsibilities Lead all plant-level financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close. Maintain and enhance internal controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies and GAAP. Prepare and present financial reports to plant and corporate leadership. Analyze production costs, inventory, and variances to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Partner with operations leadership to drive cost savings and process improvements Keep track of the fixed manufacturing costs of the site. Assist with pricing strategies and margin management goals. Support audits and ensure timely resolution of any findings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance or cost accounting Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory management, and variance analysis Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Preferred Attributes Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
