The Senior Manager, Automation Engineering - Design is responsible for establishing next-generation solutions (machines, processes, workstations, etc., automated and manual) within the Walmart Store fulfillment network. The goal is to improve customer experience, meet business demand, and reduce the cost to serve. Lead Technical Research and Design:
Drive development of next-generation technologies to support store fulfillment growth. Assess automation solutions and assist in their selection and application. Grow Engineering Capabilities:
Lead and develop a team of engineers across various disciplines and locations. Provide Technical Assistance:
Support implementation, start-up, and operation of automation, including training and SOP development. Leadership and Guidance:
Share industry knowledge, utilize lean tools, and unlock engineering potential. What You'll Bring
