We're looking for a highly skilled

Senior Systems & Network Engineer

to lead our L3 infrastructure operations, cybersecurity enforcement, and support our DevOps automation initiatives. You'll ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and high-performing-while also supporting end users and enabling business growth. Essential Responsibilities

Cybersecurity & Compliance

Administer Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and security appliances

Manage Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) protocols and EDR platforms

Deploy and monitor endpoint protection tools (e.g. SentinelOne)

Enforce automated patching and hardening processes (e.g. via Automox)

Lead cybersecurity awareness programs and ensure policy compliance

Core Infrastructure & Operations

Perform L3 administration of Windows, Linux, and cloud-hosted systems (Azure, AWS)

Own system uptime, performance, and recovery strategies

Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, ProxMox, Hyper-V)

Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, etc.

Network Operations

Configure and maintain switches, routers, WAPs, and VPNs

Monitor network performance and implement security best practices

Apply CCNA-level knowledge of routing, switching, and diagnostics

Device & Endpoint Management

Administer Microsoft Intune and MDM policies

Oversee device provisioning, patch management, and compliance

Support company-wide endpoint visibility and threat detection

DevOps & Automation

Support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)

Improve IT operational workflows through automation and scripting

End User & Deskside Support

Act as Tier 2/3 escalation for support issues

Configure and deploy laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals

Manage user onboarding, permissions, and hardware lifecycle

Administrative & Cross-Team Collaboration

Maintain documentation, asset inventory, and incident tracking

Work closely with vendors and internal teams to support IT projects

Handle additional assignments as requested by the manager.

Qualifications

(Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

· 5+ years in IT infrastructure or operations, including 3+ years in L3 support

· Strong background in server, network, and cloud infrastructure

· Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise networking

· Familiarity with DevOps tools like Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines

· Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and interpersonal skills

· Experience with: Fortinet, Zscaler, SentinelOne, Automox, Zoom, Salesforce, Microsoft Intune, ProxMox

Education

 Associate's or Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

 Relevant certifications such as:

· MCP, CCNA, Network+, Security+

· AWS SysOps, ITIL, Fortinet NSE
