Apply now Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Industrials Investment Banking team for a full-time role beginning in Summer 2026. This opportunity offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work closely with senior bankers and clients across a broad range of industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, and other strategic advisory assignments. Conduct in-depth industry and company research, financial modeling, and valuation analysis. Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and internal reports. Participate in due diligence processes and interact with clients and other advisors. Collaborate with team members across levels to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Qualifications Completion of a prior investment banking internship is required. Strong academic performance from a top-tier university, with coursework in finance, economics, accounting, or related fields. Demonstrated interest in the industrials sector and a solid understanding of key industry trends. Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-pressure environment.
