Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Chief People Office, the
HR People Partner
serves as a trusted advisor and
partner to business leaders within their assigned region. This role plays a critical part in shaping a high-performance culture by driving employee engagement, strengthening leadership capabilities, and supporting an inclusive, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
The HR People Partner is both a change agent and an employee advocate delivering high-impact HR solutions, managing complex initiatives, and guiding leaders through the full talent lifecycle. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to influence at all levels of a multi-site organization.
Responsibilities
Be the go-to advisor and coach for people related matters by building strong relationships with managers and leaders across your region to promote trust, collaboration, and a positive employee experience.
Advise employees and managers on day-to-day HR questions and matters.
You will also partner and coach to resolve employee relations issues and conflicts that may arise ensuring all situations are handled with fairness and confidentiality.
Champion initiatives to enhance leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and a positive workplace culture.
Lead talent management initiatives including performance management and succession planning while partnering with leaders to address skill gaps and support career growth.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive proactive solutions.
Stay abreast and ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations within your region.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
3+ years of HR experience that includes managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
Previous experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism a must.
Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills required as well as demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
Strong emotional intelligence, problem-solving and critical thinking skills a must.
Experience in a healthcare or multi-site environment preferred.
Ability to roll-up your sleeves and multi-task in a fast-paced, high growth environment required.
