The impact you will have : You will join our global sales team reporting to our Head of Americas sales, helping us win new logos across the Americas. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will become an expert in our solutions and how our customers use our tools to solve increasingly complex compliance and risk challenges that are highly correlated with explosive growth opportunities in the digital assets space. With this knowledge, you'll help our prospective customers understand how we can help protect them from the most complex crypto crimes in a scalable, efficient, and highly automated manner. You will manage the full sales cycle including sourcing and qualifying leads, prospecting, conducting demos, developing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing business to ultimately deliver profitable revenue growth and exceed your targets. You will be targeting Enterprise businesses in the Crypto and Financial Services space. You will have a group of named accounts to target and you need to proactively find the next best fit. Key Responsibilities What you'll do : Construct a comprehensive yet realistic sales pipeline across a spectrum of FIs and crypto companies. Alongside commercial leadership, own, build, and implement scalable sales strategies for acquiring new accounts. Manage C-level stakeholder relationships as part of a multi-threaded approach. Partner with solutions consulting to showcase our product to prospects, helping them understand how we can solve their challenges through tailored presentations and demos. Manage all parts of the commercial discussions including negotiating terms and closing deals. Attend and travel to customer meetings and/or events as required. Utilize technologies like HubSpot and LinkedIn to achieve goals and forecast accurately. Meet and exceed quotas. Work cross-functionally to share feedback on how we can win more growth accounts sustainably and scalably. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise You will be a great fit if you : Already work in the digital assets world and have a strong network in the Crypto community. Have a solid understanding of financial services, capital markets, and asset management sectors. Are a natural hunter. Are a self-starter, adaptable, and comfortable with changing priorities and ambiguity. Have a curiosity to learn more and understand the 'why' behind things independently. Use defined sales methodologies like MEDDICC or others in your deal management. Enjoy working with pace and energy, building team spirit, and working well in a remote environment. Have an understanding of complex B2B sales methodologies. Our ideal candidate has : Experience in highly technical, multi-threaded Tier 1 enterprise sales cycles, especially in B2B Crypto, FinTech Sales, or SaaS roles. A proven track record of exceeding targets, building pipelines, and closing large enterprise deals through solution selling. A large network of contacts in the Digital Asset space. Experience with sales cycles of 6-12 months involving RFI/RFPs, POCs, negotiations, and executive-led deal closures. Ability to sell to C-Suite executives and leverage networks for introductions. A strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable creating value in a low-structure, agile, and resilient environment. A passion for digital assets and the crypto economy. Bonus Points for : Background in AML or compliance space.
