Job Description
Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of heavy civil projects including earthwork, utilities, site development, roadway, and bridge construction
Lead project scheduling, cost control, subcontractor management, and safety compliance
Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to design, quality, and regulatory standards
Prepare and review subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and public agencies
Identify and mitigate project risks and support resolution of field issues
Supervise project engineers, superintendents, and support staff

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
6+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, including leadership on site or infrastructure projects
Proven track record managing DOT, municipal, or large-scale site development projects
Strong knowledge of construction practices, scheduling, and financial reporting
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, HCSS, Procore, or similar) Professional Engineer PE license is a huge plus but not required
