Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Addition Management Established Consumer Goods Distributor firm seeks a Sales Manager to lead their team! RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth goals. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the market. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership. Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Oversee contract negotiations and pricing strategies. Recruit, train, and develop top-performing sales talent. Regularly communicate with EVP of Sales and accounting departments on all sales and A/R information Responsible for providing to management reporting and billings for all regions QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 5+ years of Sales / Ops experience in distribution or retail environment Demonstrated experience working in Consumer Packaged Goods industry with retailers and vendors Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience managing high-performing sales teams. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Seniority level
