Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr For the past twenty-five years, our client who is a women-owned small business (WOSB) headquartered in Lanham, Maryland, has been focused on providing customers flexible Facilities Services, HVAC/Mechanical Services, and Building Engineer Staffing solutions. Their philosophy is "We Care About Your Building as Much as You Do". They help commercial property managers, real estate asset managers, and building owners prolong equipment life and keep their tenants comfortable. Their service offerings range from full-service facilities management contracts for large commercial office buildings, complete HVAC\Mechanical services, and temporary building engineer staffing. Since 2000, they have experienced steady growth by customizing service offerings to achieve customers' goals. Location : Lanham, MD (Hybrid, In office 3 days per week) Our client is seeking a Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading the sales team to drive revenue growth, build long-term customer relationships, and meet organizational goals. This position involves developing strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring consistent execution of the sales process. The Sales Manager plays a critical role in achieving sales targets and providing leadership in the facilities management and mechanical services sector. The Sales Manager will initially have four direct reports, with plans to expand the team to six or seven by late 2026. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Team Management & Development Sales Team Leadership with a heavy focus on new sales Client Relationship Management Operational Oversight Variable Commission: $50k Projected Year 1 Earnings = $200k Carefirst Healthcare Insurance – HSA Plan, Company pays 100% of Employee only premium. Dental/Vision – Company pays 80% of employee only premium. 401 (k) with up to 4% company match 25,000 Life insurance and AD&D Insurance – Company Paid Paid time off policy Company-paid holidays Tuition Reimbursement Program Maternity and Paternity Leave Seniority level
