Experience in intellectual property law, including patent and/or trade secret litigation. Excellent research and writing skills, with the ability to work independently and demonstrate strong advocacy. Strong academic credentials, entrepreneurial drive, initiative, grit, and a robust work ethic. Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent field is preferred. Candidates with other degrees will be considered if they possess strong work experience. Admission to the State Bar of your jurisdiction is required.
