Requirements
Experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation.
Excellent research and writing skills, with the ability to work independently and demonstrate strong advocacy skills.
Strong academic credentials, entrepreneurial drive, initiative, grit, and a strong work ethic.
Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent field. Other degrees may be considered with relevant work experience.
Admission to the State Bar of your jurisdiction is required.
