is seeking a high-energy, motivated
RV Sales Associate
to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun, and make money!
We believe in investing in your success. As a first-time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws.
This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses are available to qualifying employees.
What You’ll Do:
Promote a top-notch, high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations.
Close sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team.
Follow up with customers, maintaining a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years' experience in sales, ideally in RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate.
Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license.
Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
Compensation:
This position is 100% commission-based with no soft pack; minimum commissions or flats apply. The estimated annual variable compensation ranges from $50,000 to over $150,000. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, a base hourly rate at the applicable minimum wage is provided in addition to variable pay. In other states, a minimum hourly wage of at least $12.25 or the state minimum wage applies, offsetting variable compensation.
