is seeking a high-energy, motivated
RV Sales Associate
to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun, and make money! We believe in investing in your success. As a first-time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses are available to those who qualify. What You’ll Do: Promote a high-quality customer experience by selling new and used RVs Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations Close sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team Follow up with customers and maintain a no-pressure, high-integrity approach What You’ll Need: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years' experience in sales, ideally in RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license Basic computer skills for reviewing inventory and entering customer information Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend during work Compensation Details: This position is 100% commission-based. ++No Soft Pack; Minimum Commissions/Flats apply++ The estimated annual variable compensation range is $50,000 - $150,000+. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, you will receive a base hourly rate plus variable compensation. In other states, minimum compensation will be at least $12.25/hour or the applicable minimum wage, offsetting variable earnings. Additional benefits include Paid Time Off, 401(k), Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligible), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligible), and on-the-job training.
